Our Website Process
Kickoff
Where it all begins! We'll be interviewing you and your team to help us better understand your business and goals.
During this call, we’ll review a questionnaire to help us better understand your business, and your goals.
We’ll also be building a rough sitemap, taking notes on everything that needs to be included in the website, and getting an idea of page-count, and site hierarchy, which we’ll build in Phase 2.
Site Blueprints
These Blueprints, or wireframes, show the bare-bones structure of how the website will be organized, and give a general idea of what content will be on each page.
The detail in these blueprints is very high-level, but will serve as the map for everything moving forward.
Our Blueprints will set the stage for the next phases of design, and will also be our starting point for collecting copy and content for each page of the website.
Inspiration Tapas
Now, we're starting to get a taste of what the site design could be!
We’ll discuss where your company and brand is now and where you want to be in the future. We’ll chat about what we can do with the site to help you get to that ideal future.
On this call, we’ll review a collection of inspiration (hand-picked specifically for your project) and discuss what we love, what we hate, and most importantly, what we think would work best for your website.
Once this meeting is complete, we’ll have enough direction to start building some custom designs for Phase 4.
Style Tiles
Now we’re really on the move!
In this phase, we’ll be combining the design direction from the last phase with our site blueprints to see how the website will all come together.
Typically, this will include the homepage and maybe a few other key pieces of content in a few different styles.
We’ll discuss the different stylistic options and determine which direction is the right one for your website, and make any other necessary refinements.
Site Design
Now that we’ve set a stylistic direction for the website, we can go ahead and build out the rest of the website pages. Ideally, all our copy is ready to go too and we can start building with real content.
Depending on the size of your website, this could take place in 1 or 2 batches. For each batch of screens, we’ll either do a call, or send over a video walk-through of the screens and show both the desktop & mobile versions of each page.
We’ll collect feedback, review and refine as needed, and finish with the full designs for every page of the new site.
Development & Launch
Following approval of all website page designs, we’ll move on to development which will take place in 4 steps.
Initial development
This is where the development team codes out the website based on the designs we’ve sent them, building a test site with full functionality.
Revisions & content integration
We’ll reach out for any missing content and carry out necessary revisions and quality assurance checks.
Launch
Once everything is approved, the website will be launched, live and out in the wild!
Maintenance & Updates
We support the new site for 30 days as part of our initial engagement. During that time, all bugs that are discovered will be resolved by our team. Additional maintenance subscriptions are available to extend this support for longer time frames.
Web Maintenance

Following the live release of the website, we support the new site for 30 days as part of our initial engagement. During that time, all bugs that are discovered will be resolved by our team.
Following the 30-day bug fix term, we offer on-going maintenance support packages for $125/month to ensure everything on your site is running smoothly.
