Where it all begins! This kickoff call includes all core team members who will work on the project. This is an opportunity for everyone to meet and to discuss the scope, and objectives of the project. 

During this call, we’ll discuss your business, audience, and goals to hone in on what we’re aiming for with your brand.

Let’s get a little taste of what the brand could be! 

We’ll discuss where your company and brand is now, and where you want to be in the future. We’ll chat about what we can do to help you get to that ideal future. 

Prior to our meeting, my team and I will pull together a large number of inspiration source. 

On our call, we’ll look over each inspiration source and discuss what we love, hate, and, most importantly, what we think works best for your brand and your future. 

Then, we’ll have enough direction to start designing some logos.

Here’s where the action happens! 

We’ll be reviewing designs, collecting feedback, and refining them to perfection. 

This phase consists of two parts, Part A: Logos & Part B: Style Tiles. Part A focuses designing a new logo specifically, and part B focuses on building the rest of the supporting brand elements around the logo (colors, fonts, graphics, patterns, etc.). 

You can choose a package that includes both of these parts, or a package that just focuses on one of them.

We’ll review 3–5 logo concepts for your brand. 

We’ll see the logos in black and white, and then review a few possible color options for each concept. 

Each logo will include a primary logo, and a suite of at least two logos in alternative orientations for maximum flexibility. 

We’ll discuss all the options, review, and refine.

Designs Part B: Style Tiles

Designs Part B: Style Tiles

A Style Tile is a collage of brand assets built to give you an idea of what the overall look & feel of the brand could be.

We'll explore the foundational building blocks for all your future branded materials (patterns, fonts, colors, graphics, and icons) by seeing them applied to real-world mockups. Together, we'll ensure the look and feel of your brand is strong, cohesive and scalable.

For Part B, the process is very similar to Part A – We’ll review 3–5 of different style tiles. Together, we’ll discuss all the options, review, and refine.

This is a kit of all the core materials you need to get started with your new brand.

This list can be customized according to your needs, but typically includes:

– Social media profile & banners images2 one-pagers

Brand Guidelines

Brand guidelines ensure that you maintain consistency as your business grows no matter who's creating your marketing materials. They are vital for clearly defining the parameters of your brand.

These guidelines typically include:

  • Typography
  • Visual Theme
  • File Type & Color Mode
  • Guidelines
  • Mockups & Example Brand
  • Applications
  • Adobe Creative Cloud Library

If you’d like, we can also include photography, copy writing, marketing & sales guidelines, and more. Just be sure to discuss with us ahead of time!

Delivery

Time to tie it all up with a bow.

We wil upload all your logo files to a web portal. This portal makes it easy to know which files to use for what, and helps keep everything all in one place. (See an example here)

You’ll receive all the colors, orientations, and file types that you may need for your logo, along with a speck sheet for colors & fonts. 

If you’re only doing a logo, you’ll receive a brief style sheet as a PDF with color codes and fonts.

If you’re getting brand guidelines, those will be included as a PDF with live links to all resources and Adobe CC Libraries for any designers using the guide.
